1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your RepoVox subscription at any time. However, please note the following:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the period expires.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation will be effective at the end of the subscription period. No partial refunds are provided for unused months.

2. Refund Policy

RepoVox offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Service Issues: If RepoVox fails to function as promised and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • First-Time Users: If you cancel within the first 7 days of subscribing, you may request a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after subscription.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Partial months or unused service periods.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your RepoVox account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  3. Click on Manage Subscription and select Cancel Subscription.
  4. To request a refund, email balaji.m@skndan.com with:
    • Your registered email address.
    • The reason for your refund request.
    • Any relevant transaction details.

5. Processing Time

  • Cancellations are effective immediately, but you will retain access until the billing cycle ends.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
